Независимо от того, делает ли специалист проект полностью или только небольшую его часть — задачу любого масштаба ему понадобится планировать. Специалист в рамках своей ответственности должен уметь выяснять требования, согласовывать постановку задачи, оценивать затраты сил и времени, составлять последовательность действий, контролировать сроки исполнения (свои или других людей) и изменения в требованиях.
