Специалист умеет не только выполнить работу, но и презентовать результаты. Он может сам или при помощи других людей подготовить материалы и помещение для выступления, убедительно рассказать о результатах работы, ответить на вопросы и возражения. Помимо результатов работы, нужно уметь презентовать новые идеи, или, другими словами — «продавать» её, заинтересовывать в ней.
